WirelessHART adopted as a China GB/T national standard

The HART Communication Protocol (including WirelessHART) has been approved as China National Standard, GB/T 29910.1 ~ 6-2013. This was officially announced at a special press briefing in Beijing, hosted by the HART Communications Foundation and sponsored by Emerson Process and Linear Technology.

 Already an international standard (IEC62591), WirelessHART’s adoption as a China national standard will further drive adoption of WirelessHART in China, and is just the latest sign of widespread acceptance of WirelessHART systems.
