ADA4627-1 SETUP DESCRIPTION

ADA4627-1 driving AD7687

Setup Description

The test setup for the ADC and ADC input driver amplifiers consists of the EVAL-AD7687SDZ ADC Evaluation board connected to the EVAL-SDP-CB1Z system demonstration platform (SDP) board. An Audio Precision model AP2722, audio analyzer with a low pass output filter was used to generate the ADC driver input signals. Amplifiers to be tested were installed in the Evaluation board and configured as shown in the individual ADC/amplifier driver schematics. The SDP board was used to capture and send the ADC output data to the PC via the USB connection. Please refer to the individual schematics, and corresponding data graphs for additional information regarding the evaluation board configuration, power supplies, signal frequencies, signal amplitudes and testing details.
