Analog Devices IO-Links implement IO-Link device PHY and IO-Link master PHY interfaces (COM1/COM2/COM3). If designing for harsh industrial environments, utilize our portfolio of IO-Link components to build rugged master 4-port IO-Link power and communications interfaces as well as IO-Link transceivers with Integrated Step-Down Regulators and LDO with cable interface protection to ±60V. The current limit and slew rate of the transmitters are externally adjustable for optimum EMC performance. Automatic wake-up request (WURQ) generation and an output supply current boosting capability for device startup are available. Other components integrate a 300 mA step-down (buck) regulator and a 150 mA LDO to supply all the power required for internal electronics in an IO-Link sensor or actuator.
