Analog Devices’ RF VGAs, IF VGAs, and variable gain control products offer the high performance needed for communications, instrumentation, and military designs. The portfolio includes continuous analog linear in dB products based on X-AMP® interpolation architectures and digital step controlled products providing as fine as 0.25 dB step and linear in volts digital control. Furthermore, ADI RF VGAs are highly integrated with digitally controlled multipole analog filters integrated on-chip as well as AGC circuits for automatic level control.

Analog Devices’ digital tunable filters offer industry-leading RF performance with enhanced built-in digital functionalities that help streamline system design. This new family of digital tunable filters provides flexibilities and great advantages in meeting the stringent size, weight, power, and cost (SWaP-C) requirements over the traditional discrete implementation. Tunable filters featured in this portfolio also have shown excellent performance of linearity, phase noise, and switching speed while consuming minimal static power. The additional built-in filter bypass options (when available) support a variety of possible configurations with other digital tunable filters or other RF building blocks.
