President and Chief Executive Officer
As President, Chief Executive Officer, and member of the Board of Directors, Vincent Roche sets Analog Devices’ strategic vision and oversees operational execution across the business. Mr. Roche has extended the organization’s market leadership in the high-performance analog sector through an unyielding commitment to innovation and engineering excellence. In addition, Mr. Roche has built a strong track record of acquiring capabilities and successfully integrating them to offer a robust portfolio of top-performing mixed signal and power management technologies. Under his leadership, ADI has expanded the breadth of its product line and deepened its expertise to solve more of its customers’ toughest technical challenges.
Mr. Roche is only the third CEO to lead the company since its founding in 1965. He began his career at ADI in 1988, progressively gaining responsibility over his tenure. Mr. Roche was promoted to President of ADI in 2012, accountable for all R&D, sales, marketing, and business development. Mr. Roche was named CEO in 2013, and since then, the company’s total shareholder returns have increased more than 350 percent and the company’s market capitalization has increased by $78 billion (as of 9/17/21).
Mr. Roche serves on the Presidential CEO Advisory Board of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and an honorary Doctor of Science from the University of Limerick in Ireland.
