ADG901系列产品是现有器件中具有最高带宽的CMOS开关和多路复用器。由于采用标准的CMOS工艺和集成的TTL驱动器，所以比大多数基于砷化镓的解决方案降低了器件的成本和占用的印制电路板（PCB）面积。现在提供的单刀单掷（SPST）、单刀双掷（SPDT）和单刀四掷（SP4T）反射型和吸收型模拟开关适合各种低功耗（高达16 dBm）应用，包括天线开关，滤波器开关和调谐电路应用。

Help
