仪表放大器

仪表放大器是精密增益模块,输入为差分式,输出可以是差分式,也可以是相对于参考端的单端式。这些器件能够放大两个输入信号电压之间的差值,同时抑制两个输入端共有的任何信号。仪表放大器广泛用于许多工业、测量、数据采集和医疗应用,这些应用要求在高噪声环境下保持直流精度和增益精度,而且其中存在大共模信号(通常为交流电力线频率)。ADI公司为每一种应用和市场提供种类齐全的精密、低噪声、低功耗和高共模抑制比(CMRR)的仪表放大器。

可编程增益仪表放大器(PGiA)是一种特殊形式的仪表放大器,具有固定增益级。适当的增益级通过数字方式选择,即通过专用编程引脚或软件接口(SPI或I2C)。PGiA特别适合如下的应用:要求最高增益精度,或者利用单个PGiA来代替多个增益设置不同的仪表放大器。
