  • ADL5906- 10 MHz 至 10 GHz 67 dB TruPwr™ 检波器

    ADL5906是真均方根响应功率检波器,采用单端50 Ω源驱动时具有67 dB测量范围。易于使用的输入使该器件具有丰富的频率,无需巴伦或其他形式的外部输入调谐即可在最高10 GHz频率下工作。

    ADL5906为需要进行精确信号功率均方根值测量的各种高频系统提供了解决方案。工作频率范围为10 MHz至10 GHz,可接受的输入信号范围为−65 dBm至+8 dBm,支持各种波峰因素和带宽,如GSM-EDGE、CDMA、W-CDMA、TD-SCDMA、WiMAX和基于OFDM的LTE载波。此外,该器件在电路板的−55°C至+125°C温度范围内具有温度稳定性,是各种通信、军事、工业和仪器仪表应用的理想选择。
