  • OP4177- 精密、低噪声、低输入偏置电流、四通道运算放大器

    OPx177系列由极高精度的单通道、双通道和四通道放大器组成,具有极低失调电压和漂移、低输入偏置电流、低噪声及低功耗等特性。使用1000 pF以上容性负载时输出稳定,无需外部补偿。电源电压为30 V时,每个放大器的电源电流小于500 μA。内置500 Ω串联电阻可保护输入,允许输入信号电平高出电源电压若干伏特,并保证无反相。

    与以前的极低失调电压、高压放大器不同,OP1177(单通道)和OP2177(双通道)放大器提供小型8引脚表面贴装MSOP和8引脚窄体SOIC两种封装。OP4177(四通道)放大器提供TSSOP和14引脚窄体SOIC两种封装。此外,采用MSOP和TSSOP封装的额定性能与采用SOIC封装的性能相同。MSOP和TSSOP封装产品仅提供卷带和卷盘形式。
