如果结温超过125°C,过温保护电路就会激活,保护ADP196本身及下游电路免受损害。过流保护通过恒定的电流限制提供。
ADP196-01集成一个内部快速输出放电电路,用于在其输出禁用时让输出电容放电。

ADP1190是一款带4个信号开关的集成高端负载开关,采用1.4V至3.6V电源供电。同时还提供电源域隔离,以延长电池寿命。该负载开关为一个低导通电阻P沟道MOSFET,支持最高500 mA的连续负载电流,功率损耗极小。另外集成4个常开两欧姆SPST信号开关。
除了出色的工作性能外,ADP1190占用的印刷电路板(PCB)空间极小,面积不到1.92 mm2,高度仅0.60 mm。ADP1190采用12引脚、1.2 mm x 1.6 mm、0.4 mm间距、超小型WLCSP封装。
