全新高频开关模式锂离子电池充电器可简化快速充电便携式应用中的恒流控制。ADP2291是一款用于单锂离子电池的恒流/恒压线性充电器,只需几个器件即可提供简单而安全的充电系统,工作时输入电压范围为4.5V至12V。25ºC时,具有业界最高的±0.4%电压终点精度水平;5ºC至55ºC时为±0.6%;0ºC至85ºC为±0.7%。

  • ADP5090- 超低功耗升压调节器,集成MPPT和电荷管理功能

    ADP5090是一款集成式升压调节器,可转换来自光伏电池或热电发生器(TEG)的直流电源。该器件可对储能元件(如电池和电容)进行充电,并对小型电子设备和无电池系统执行上电。

    ADP5090提供有限存储能源(低至10μW到1mW范围)的高效转换,工作损耗为亚μW级别。 利用内部冷启动电路,调节器可在低至380 mV的输入电压下启动。 启动后,调节器便可在100 mV至3 V的输入电压范围内正常工作。
