      <description>ADuM321x&lt;sup&gt;1&lt;/sup&gt;是一款双通道数字隔离器，基于ADI公司的&lt;em&gt;i&lt;/em&gt;Coupler® 技术。这款器件结合了高速CMOS工艺和单片式变压器技术，具有优于光耦合器等替代器件的卓越性能特性。&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;由于避免了使用光耦合器和LED，iCoupler器件消除了通常与光耦合器相关的设计难题，如电流转移率的不确定性、非线性传递函数以及温度和使用寿命对性能的影响等问题，利用简单的iCoupler数字接口和稳定的性能特性，这些问题都迎刃而解。采用iCoupler产品不再需要外部驱动器和其它分立器件。而且，在相当的信号数据速率下，iCoupler器件的功耗仅为光耦合器的1/10到1/6。&lt;/p&gt;
