STRATEGIC PROJECT MANAGEMENT PROGRAM

The Strategic Project Manager (SPM) Program is a formal leadership development program. SPMs work in Analog Devices' Corporate Strategic Initiatives Group, which is an internal strategy and marketing consulting group where they gain experience leading consulting engagements with product lines and senior management. Full-time SPMs will typically spend 12–18 months in Strategic Initiatives training to join a product line in a management position. There are many other opportunities for SPM alums within Analog Devices across many geographies.
