Integrated, Gain-Programmable Instrumentation Amplifier Reduces Size and Cost of Precision Front Ends
The AD8295 integrates one precision instrumentational amplifier, two operational amplifiers, and two precision matched resistors on a single 4 mm × 4 mm LFCSP package. It offers designers the flexibility to choose filtering, differential output, or offset adjustment as needed. Filter requirements are simplified by maintaining a minimum CMRR of 80 dB @ 10 kHz (G = 1), enabling the AD8295 to reject wideband interference and line harmonics. The device is specified over the entire industrial temperature range of –40°C to +85°C and operates on a wide supply range of ±2.3 V to ±18 V. It is available in a 16-lead LFCSP package.

AD8295 Features
- G = 1 to 1000, gain set with one resistor
- Input bias current: 1 nA max
- 8 nV/√Hz RTI noise @ 1 kHz
- CMRR: 80 dB (G = 1), 120 dB (G = 100)
- Supply current: 2 mA max
High Voltage Operational Amplifier for Low Power Industrial Applications
The AD8622 is a dual, high precision, rail-to-rail output operational amplifier operating at just 200 µA quiescent current per amplifier. Its ultralow offset, offset drift, and voltage noise combined with very low bias current and high common mode rejection ratio (CMRR) make it ideally suited for high accuracy signal conditioning circuits. The R-R output and near R-R input ranges enable a variety of input signals while maximizing the dynamic range of the system. The AD8622 is available in both 8-lead SOIC and 8-lead MSOP packages.

AD8622 Features
- Low offset voltage
- B-grade: 50 µV max
- A-grade: 100 µV max
- Input offset drift: 0.8 µV/°C max
- Bias current: 200 pA
- Supply current: 200 µA
- Rail-to-rail output swing
- Noise: 12 nV/√Hz @ 1 kHz
- Operating voltage range: ±2.5 V to ±18 V
