ADuM7440/ADuM7441/ADuM7442
The ADuM744x 1kV rms digital isolation products are packaged in a 16-lead QSOP. While other four-channel isolators come in 16-lead SOIC wide body packages, the ADuM744x free up almost 70% of board space. In addition to space savings, the ADuM744x offers lower pricing than 2.5kV or 5kV rms isolators where only functional isolation is needed.

The recently announced family of iCoupler digital isolators, ADuM744x, delivers the industry's smallest, most effective isolation solution. They achieve this by scaling down the isolation capability of our standard iCoupler digital isolators using a different insulation layer. Despite the reduced isolation rating, 1kV rms for 1 minute, these digital isolators have wide application in a number of systems.
