Jedec Standards
Analog Devices uses the Jedec website for soldering procedures. On this site you can find proper soldering, baking, and reflow information for both Pb and Pb Free solder.
Click on the link below, it will bring you to the Jedec home page. On the bottom left column select Free Standards. On the next screen you will be asked to log in, but registration is free. The following page you will see a search box, type in the Jedec standard J-STD-020D. This downloadable PDF contains the standards which ADI adheres.
