ADL5321 – это широкополосный, линейный усилитель-драйвер ВЧ, работающий на частотах от 2.3 ГГц до 4.0 ГГц. Компонент может быть использован в самых разнообразных системах проводной и беспроводной связи, включая системы, работающие в диапазоне ISM, устройства беспроводного абонентского доступа, системы персональной подвижной связи, а также системы стандартов GSM, CDMA и W-CDMA.

ADL5321 работает от напряжения питания 5 В и потребляет ток 90 мА.

ADL5321 производится по арсенид-галлиевой (GaAs) технологии изготовления биполярных транзисторов на гетероструктуре (HBT). Компонент выпускается в недорогом корпусе SOT-89 с открытой теплоотводящей площадкой, которая обеспечивает превосходное тепловое сопротивление. Рабочий температурный диапазон усилителя составляет от −40°C до +105°C. Для компонента доступна оценочная плата с установленными на ней всеми необходимыми компонентами.

Компания Analog Devices также выпускает близкий по характеристикам усилитель ADL5320, который работает в диапазоне частот от 400 МГц до 2700 МГц.

Product Details

ADL5321-EVALZ is a fully populated, 4-layer, FR4-based evaluation board. For normal operation, it requires a single 5 V/300 mA supply. The 5 V supply should be connected to the test loops labeled VCC and GND. The RF input is applied to the SMA connector labeled RFIN. The RF output is available at the SMA connector labeled RFOUT. To facilitate tuning for different frequencies, the RF input and RF output traces are free of solder mask and have index markings for ease of component placement. The evaluation board ships with tuning components that are optimized for operation from 2500 MHz to 2700 MHz. The ADL5321 data sheet provides recommended tuning components for other frequencies.
