ADT7311 - это обладающий высокой точностью цифровой датчик температуры в узком 8-выводном корпусе SOIC. Он содержит источник опорного напряжения на запрещенной зоне и 16-разрядный АЦП, оцифровывающий показания температуры с разрешением 0.0078°C . По умолчанию разрешение АЦП устанавливается равным 13 бит (0.0625°C) и может быть изменено пользователем путем программирования через последовательный интерфейс.
