Быстродействующие (> 50 МГц) ОУ с входным каскадом на полевых транзисторах компании Analog Devices, или FastFETTM, обеспечивают высокий входной импеданс и очень низкий входной ток смещения в быстродействующих схемах. Большинство наших ОУ с входным каскадом на полевых транзисторах имеют широкий диапазон напряжений питания (от 5 до ± 12 В, и более) и rail-to-rail выходные каскады (диапазон выходных напряжений включает напряжения питания), что дает широкий динамический диапазон.
