ADR44xシリーズは、超低ノイズ、高精度、低温度ドリフト性能を特長とする、XFET®電圧リファレンス・ファミリーの製品です。特許の温度ドリフト曲率補正技術とXFET（eXtraimplanted junction FET）技術により、温度による電圧変化の非直線性を最小化しています。
XFETリファレンスは、埋込みツェナー・リファレンスよりも優れたノイズ性能を提供し、低電源ヘッドルーム（0.5V）で動作できます。これらの機能をあわせ持つADR44xファミリーは、ハイエンドなデータ・アクイジション・システム、光ネットワーク、医療の分野で求められる高精度な信号変換アプリケーションに最適です。

ADR44xファミリーには2種類のグレードがあり、8ピンMSOPパッケージとナローSOICパッケージで提供されます。いずれのバージョンも拡張工業用温度範囲（－40～＋125℃）で仕様規定されています。
