ADR391は2.5Vの高精度バンドギャップ電圧リファレンスで、小型パッケージSOT-23-5、低消費電流と低ノイズを特徴としています。ADIの特許である温度ドリフトの曲率補正技術を使って、ADR391は温度ドリフト性能9ppm/℃の低さを実現しています。 ADR391のマイクロパワーと低ドロップアウト電圧によって、わずか300mV以上の供給電圧から、安定な電圧を出力することができます。このような斬新な設計技術は外部のコンデンサを不必要として、PCBのスペースと全体のコストを低減することができます。さらに、この低消費と小型パッケージという特長の組み合わせによって、ADR391はバッテリ駆動のアプリケーションに理想的といえます。
