There are seven elements of organizational infrastructure for implementing TQM:
Goals must be set for the company's TQM implementation and for the company's business.
An organizational setting must be provided.
Training and education must be provided.
TQM must be promoted throughout the company.
Operational success stories resulting from the implementation of TQM must be diffused through the rest of the company.
There must be appropriate awards and incentives to mobilize TQM.
The implementation effort must be monitored and diagnosed by top management.
