The ADP2380 is a current mode control, synchronous, step-down, dc-to-dc regulator. It integrates a 44 mΩ high-side power MOSFET and a low-side driver to provide a high efficiency solution. ADP2442は、固定周波数、電流モード制御、同期型のステップダウンDC-DCレギュレータで、最大1Aまでの負荷を、優れたラインおよび負荷の安定化特性で、ドライブする能力を備えています。ADP24412、4.5V～36Vの広い入力電圧範囲で動作しますので、広範囲な電源ソースから安定化電源を得るには理想的といえます。加えてADP2442は、非常に小さなオン時間（50ns）を持ちますので、非常に高いステップダウン比を必要とするアプリケーションにとっても適しています。

出力電圧は、0.6V～0.9V×V_INで調整することができます。ハイサイドとローサイド・デバイス両方用の低いオン抵抗のNチャンネルMOSFETを集積しているため、高い効率が得られます。
