High-Precision Tri Axis Inertial Sensor
The temperature calibrated ADIS16365 provides complete tri axis inertial sensing (both angular and linear motion) in a compact module fully ready for system integration. The calibrated temperature range is -40 to 85C, with Operation over -40 to 105C. With Analog Devices' iMEMS® sensor technology at its core, the ADIS16355 includes embedded processing for sensor calibration and tuning, as well as precision cross-axial alignment. A SPI interface allows for simple system interface and programming. The SPI port provides access to the following embedded sensors: X, Y, and Z axis angular rate; X, Y, and Z axis linear acceleration; Internal Temperature; Power Supply; and an Auxiliary analog input. System interfacing is simplified with additional programmable features including: in-system bias auto calibration, condition monitoring, digital filtering options, self test, and power management. High Accuracy, Dual-Axis Digital Inclinometer & Accelerometer
The ADIS16209 is a high-accuracy (0.1 degree), digital inclinometer, that accommodates both dual-axis horizontal (±30°) and single axis vertical (±180°) operation. The standard supply voltage (+3.3V) and SPI serial interface enable simple integration into most industrial system designs. A simple internal register structure handles all output data and configuration features. In addition to calibrated direct digital angle outputs, the SPI provides access to acceleration, temperature, power supply, and an auxiliary ADC. The device is highly configurable, allowing in-system control and tuning of the following features: sample rate, power management, digital filtering, auto-null, self test, digital I/O, and condition monitoring. |

Digital Output, High-Precision Angular Rate Sensor
The ADIS16130 is a low noise, digital output, angular rate sensor (gyroscope) that includes all embedded signal conditioning required to provide a low noise, output response over the complete dynamic range of ±250°/sec. The industry-standard serial interface and simple register structure provide a simple interface that is supported by most MCU, DSP, and FPGA platforms. The unique design implementation provides superior stability over variations in temperature, voltage, linear acceleration, vibration, and next level assembly. The surface-micromachining manufacturing technology is the same high volume BiMOS process used by Analog Devices, Inc. for its high reliability automotive sensor products. A temperature output provides critical information for system-level calibrations, when necessary. A digital self-test feature, which exercises the sensor�s mechanical structure, enables system-level diagnostics. The package configuration is a 36mm × 44mm × 16mm module with standard 24-pin connector interface. |

Wide Bandwidth Yaw Rate Gyroscope with SPI
The ADIS16060 is a yaw-rate gyroscope with an integrated serial peripheral interface (SPI). It features an externally selectable bandwidth response and scalable dynamic range. The SPI port provides access to the rate sensor, an internal temperature sensor, and two external analog signals (using internal ADC). The digital data available at the SPI port is proportional to the angular rate about the axis that is normal to the top surface of the package. An additional output pin provides a precision voltage reference. Two digital self-test inputs electromechanically excite the sensor to test the operation of the sensor and the signal-conditioning circuits. |

Programmable Hi-G Digital Accelerometer, Impact Sensor
The ADIS16204 is a Digital Output Dual-Axis Hi-G accelerometer optimized for impact/shock sensing applications, enabled by the Analog Devices iSensor™ integration. By enhancing the Analog Devices iMEMS® sensor technology with an embedded signal processing solution, the ADIS16204 provides tunable digital sensor data in a convenient format that can be accessed using a serial peripheral interface (SPI). The SPI interface provides access to measurements for dual-axis linear acceleration, RSS of both axis, peak impact, temperature, power supply, and one auxiliary analog input. Easy access to digital sensor data provides developers with a system-ready device, reducing development time, cost, and program risk. Unique characteristics of the end system are accommodated easily through several built-in features, such as a single command in-system offset calibration, along with convenient sample rate control. The ADIS16204 also offers a comprehensive set of features which can be used to further reduce the hardware complexity of system designs. A single external resistor can be used to increase the measurement range. An external capacitor can be used to lower the bandwidth. Access to the internal temperature sensor is provided, through the SPI, for compensation techniques. Two pins are available to the user to input analog signals for digitization. An additional output pin provides a precision voltage reference. Two digital self-test inputs electromechanically excite the sensor to test proper operation of the sensor and the signal conditioning circuits. |

Low Noise Angular Rate Sensor
The ADIS16120 is a low noise, angular rate sensor (gyroscope) that includes all of the necessary embedded signal conditioning to provide a low noise, analog output over the complete dynamic range of ±300°/sec. Factory calibration provides excellent offset and gain accuracy. The unique design implementation provides superior stability over variations in temperature, voltage, linear acceleration, vibration, and next-level assembly. The surface-micromachining manufacturing technology is the same high volume BiMOS process used by Analog Devices, Inc. for its high reliability automotive sensor products. The output signal, RATEOUT, is a voltage proportional to the angular rate about the axis normal to the top surface of the package. A precision reference and a temperature output are provided for system-level calibrations and a digital self-test feature is provided to enable system-level diagnostics. The self-test function electromechanically excites the sensor to verify proper operation. The 35.6 mm × 42.4 mm (plus mounting extensions) package provides the convenience of a standard geometry 24-pin interface and four mounting holes for simple installation. Dual Axis ± 1.7g Accelerometer with SPI Interface
The ADIS16003 is a low cost, low power, complete dual-axis accelerometer with an integrated Serial Port Interface, along with embedded analog signal conditioning and temperature sensor. The ADIS16003 measures acceleration with a full-scale range of ±1.7g (typical). The ADIS16003 can measure both dynamic acceleration (e.g., vibration) and static acceleration (e.g., gravity). The typical noise floor is 110 ug/√Hz, allowing signals below 2mg (at 60 Hz bandwidth) to be resolved. An externally driven self-test pin allows the user to verify the accelerometer functionality. |

Dual Axis ± 5g Accelerometer with SPI Interface
The ADIS16006 is a low cost, low power, complete dual-axis accelerometer with an integrated Serial Port Interface, along with embedded analog signal conditioning and temperature sensor. The ADIS16006 measures acceleration with a full-scale range of ±5g (typical). The ADIS16006 can measure both dynamic acceleration (e.g., vibration) and static acceleration (e.g., gravity). The typical noise floor is 200 ug/√Hz, allowing signals below 2mg (at 60 Hz bandwidth) to be resolved. An externally driven self-test pin allows the user to verify the accelerometer functionality. |
