AD7452: Differential Input, 555 kSPS, 12-Bit ADC in an 8-Lead SOT-23
Introduction
The AD7452 is a 12-Bit, low power successive approximation ADC that features a fully differential analog input. This part operates from a single 3V or 5V power supply and features throughput rates up to 555 kSPS.
The EVAL-AD7452CB can be used to evaluate the AD7452. The evaluation kit includes the AD7452 evaluation board and a CD-ROM containing a Technical Note, and a description of the Evaluation Board Controller. The Technical Note describes the evaluation board for the AD7452. Full details on the AD7452 are also available in the AD7452 datasheet (which can be downloaded from the AD7452 Product Page.) and this should be consulted in conjunction with this Technical Note when using the Evaluation Board.
Software
Included in the EVAL-AD7452CB evaluation board package is software for controlling and evaluating the performance of the AD7452 when it is operated with the EVALUATION BOARD CONTROLLER (pdf, 421,597 bytes). The EVAL-AD7452CB Demonstration/Evaluation Software runs under Windows 95, 98, ME, 2000 and NT. The user interface on the PC is via a dedicated program written especially for the EVAL-AD7452CB.
