General Description
Designed for space-critical applications, the ADR5xx is a high precision shunt reference housed in the ultra-small SC-70 and SOT-23 packages. This reference features low temperature drift of 40 ppm/°C, and initial accuracy of better than 0.2%, and ultra-low output noise of 14 µVpp.
The ADR5xx's advance design eliminates the need for compensation with an external capacitor, and is stable with any capacitive load. The minimum operating current increases from a mere 50 µA to a maximum of 10 mA. This low operating current and ease of use makes the ADR5xx ideally suited for handheld, battery-powered applications.
