General Description

The ADR39x is a family of precision band gap voltage reference featuring low power and low noise capabilities in the tiny Thin SOT-23-5 package. Utilizing ADI's patented temperature drift curvature correction techniques, the ADR390 achieves a low 9 ppm/°C of temperature drift performance.

The ADR39x micro-power, low dropout voltage reference provides a stable output voltage from a minimum supply of 300mV above the output. This advanced design eliminates the need for external capacitors, which reduces PCB space and cost. This combination of low power, and tiny package makes the ADR390 ideally suited for battery operated applications.
