1.2 MHz DC-DC Step-Up Switching Converter
The ADP1610 operates in pulse-width modulation (PWM) current mode with up to 92% efficiency. Adjustable soft start prevents inrush currents at startup. The pin-selectable switching frequency and PWM current-mode architecture allow excellent transient response, easy noise filtering, and the use of small, cost-saving external inductors and capacitors.
The ADP1610 is offered in the Pb-free 8-lead MSOP and operates over the temperature range of −40°C to +85°C.

The ADP1610 evaluation hardware is for the ADP1610, a step-up dc-to-dc switching regulator capable of providing output voltage up to 12 V from 2.5 V to 5.5 V input voltage. The ADP1610 features an internal MOSFET switch, programmable soft-start, and fast transient response. Its frequency can be user-selected to operate at either 700 kHz to optimize the regulator for high efficiency or at 1.2 MHz to allow the use of a small surface-mount inductor.
This will create a template email that will request from us the proper blank evaluation board for that ADI part and your application's power parameters.
Note: Some parts have multiple blank boards for high/low current or for different topologies (Boost, SEPIC, SEPIC-Cuk), while other blank boards support multiple ADI parts. This is why it is important to run the design tool with your parameters before making your email request from the tool.
