The REF43 is a low-power precision reference providing a stable +2.5V output independent of variations in supply voltage, load conditions or ambient temperature. It is suitable as a reference level for 8, 10 and 12-bit data acuisition systems, or wherever a stable, know voltage is required.

Tight output tolerances and low thermal drift are assured by zener-zap trimming of both outout voltage and its temperature coefficient. A unique curvature correction circuit reduces the thermal curvature which is characteristic of many previous bandgap references.

If you are planning on using this device at elevated die temperatures (60C), make sure the output capacitive loading is 1.0µF, as power cycling at elevated die temps results in oscillation. This is a great part otherwise.

This produts can meet my requirements very well ,no any problem for them ,but you need to make them small ,so it is much more convinent .

Caution about capacitive loading
If you are planning on using this device at elevated die temperatures (60C), make sure the output capacitive loading is 1.0µF, as power cycling at elevated die temps results in oscillation. This is a great part otherwise.
