The ADR45xx series of devices are high precision, low power, low noise voltage references, featuring ± 0.02% maximum initial error, excellent temperature stability and low output noise.

This family of voltage references employs a new core topology for high accuracy, while offering industry-leading temperature stability and noise performance. The devices’ low thermally induced output voltage hysteresis and low long-term output voltage drift also improve system accuracy over time and temperature variations.

A maximum operating current of 950 μA and a low dropout voltage (300 mV max) allow the device to be used in portable equipment.

ADR45xx series references are available in a wide range of output voltages, in an SOIC package, all of which are specified over the extended industrial temperature range of -40°C to +125 °C.

Used as 5V reference for 14 bit DAC. Very low initial error & noise. Temperature stability also seems to be good. Overall an excellent choice 5V reference for a cost sensitive application

we use ADR4550 as a reference for D/A converter AD5680. It controls OCXO oscillator in digital frequency locked loop. This combination work perfectly.

AD quality
I tested just Voltage regulator and Voltage references, and the results are very goog! I tested Voltage regulator for more than 90% rated for a lot of time and they survived ....this is really best quality. concerning voltage references occour more time to test quality. however I tested vref and it's into the range. concerning Vref with High current output, I used their to supply some sensor with really good performances

Great 5V reference for cost sensitive application
Used as 5V reference for 14 bit DAC. Very low initial error & noise. Temperature stability also seems to be good. Overall an excellent choice 5V reference for a cost sensitive application

voltage reference for high resolution ADC
I used ADR4550 means 5.0V reference, It is working fine giving expected output 5.0V constant . I used it under 25 degree temperature not much variation in temperature so i dont know about its temperature performance. But a problem i faced when i used two different constant voltage source ane for 2.5 volt and 5.0 volt using ADR4550. then its dropping its output voltage . May be its circuit design issue. I am solving that problem. I will reply you soon.
