32-Channel 14-Bit Bipolar Voltage-Output DAC
The device is operated with AVCC = +5V±5%, DVCC= 2.7V to 5.25V, VSS = -4.75V to -16.5V and VDD = 8V to 16.5V and requires a stable +3V reference on REF_IN as well as an offset voltage on OFFS_IN. It is available in a 74-lead 12mm x 12mm CSPBGA package.
Also available is the AD5533, which is specified in the sample and hold mode only and is the same part but without the DAC mode of operation.

The evaluation board allows the functionality and performance of the AD5532 to be easily evaluated. The eval board connects to a PC via the printer port. Software is provided to allow the user to program the registers of the AD5532.
