ANALOG DEVICES TO HOLD ANNUAL STOCKHOLDERS’ MEETING TUESDAY, MARCH 13, 2007 AT 10:00 A.M. ET

Norwood, MA (03/05/2007) - Analog Devices, Inc. (NYSE: ADI) today announced that the company will hold its annual stockholders' meeting on Tuesday, March 13, 2007 at Babson College, Sorenson Center for the Arts, 231 Forest Street, Wellesley, MA 02481. This meeting is scheduled to begin at approximately 10:00 a.m. Eastern time and will be webcast live.
