The LicenseAgreement.txt is not part of the VisualDSP++ 5.0 installation, so the reference to it should be removed from the License Guide. Change from: VisualDSP++ is provided under the terms of the VisualDSP++ Tools License Agreement. To view the full agreement, refer to the License Agreement.txt file located in the folder.
