Evaluation Tools for the AD7606
8 Channel 16-Bit DAS with BiPolar Input Simultaneous Sampling SAR ADC (EVAL-AD7606EDZ) Using EVAL-CED1Z
The AD7606 is a 16 bit, simultaneous sampling analog-to-digital data acquisition system (DAS) with eight channels. Each part contains analog input clamp protection, a second-order antialiasing filter, track-and-hold amplifiers, a 16 bit charge redistribution successive approximation analog-to-digital converter (ADC), a flexible digital filter, a 2.5V reference and reference buffer, and high speed serial and parallel interfaces.
The evaluation tools for the AD7606 incorporate:
- EVAL-CED1Z Converter Evaluation and Development board
The combination of the EVAL-AD7606EDZ board, software coupled with EVAL-CED1Z allows the user to fully evaluate the AD7606. This analysis includes, AC (FFT) and DC (linearity, waveform and histogram plots) analysis. See below for the relevant documentation for the system including technical notes and software downloads.

EVAL-AD7606 software executable file is available for download. To download the evaluation software package, select the link below, save the zip file to the PC and then run the install. The AD7606 technical documentation is included in the software zip file.
