In order to process video through an Analog Devices Video output board, a motherboard and video input board are required. The video output board accepts the digital outputs from the Motherboards FPGA via the AVO 168 pin connector on the motherboard. This data can then be processed through either an ADI HDMI Tx, or an ADI video encoder. Video Output boards are available with and without HDCP (high bandwidth digital content protection) processing functionality. Information about obtaining licenses required for using HDMI and HDCP technologies is available from http://www.hdmi.org and www.digital-cp.com.
Note:
The following board can process HDCP encrypted video and requires a HDCP license: EVAL-ATV-OP2Z
The following board cannot process HDCP encrypted video and does not require a HDCP license: EVAL-ATV-OP1Z
