The AD7767 is a high performance 24-bit oversampled SAR analog-to-digital converter (ADC). The AD7767 combine the benefits of a large dynamic range and input bandwidth, consuming just 15 mW power.
Ideal for ultralow power data acquisition (such as PCI- and USB-based systems), the AD7767 provide 24-bit resolution. The combination of exceptional SNR, wide dynamic range, and outstanding dc accuracy make the AD7767 ideally suited for measuring small signal changes over a wide dynamic range. This is particularly suitable for applications where small changes on the input are measured on larger ac or dc signals. In such an application, the AD7767 accurately gather both ac and dc information.

The combination of the EVAL-AD7767EDZ board, software (available in both Labview source and executable formats) coupled with EVAL-CED1Z allows the user to fully evaluate the AD7767BRUZ device. This analysis includes, AC (FFT) and DC(waveform and histogram plots) analysis and for the first time incorporates an INL evaluation function. EVAL-AD7767/67-1/67-2EDZ software is available to the user in both Labview source code and in an executable version. The sofware download also includes source FPGA code used in the EVAL-AD7767/67-1/67-2EDZ system and an example C source file showing how to interface to the EVAL-AD7767/67-1/-67-2EDZ evaluation system.
To download the evaluation software package, select the link below, save the zip file to the PC and then run the install.
