ADI Web Design Tools for Amplifier Selection, Evaluation, and Circuit Building
Analog Devices now provides several custom design selection and simulation tools that, when used together, offer even novice designers powerful resources to pinpoint the best design options for their projects.
ADIsimOpAmp™ Evaluation Tool
This tool will help with the selection, evaluation, and troubleshooting of voltage feedback op amps. It uses typical data to model the behavior of a selected amplifier. It allows a user to select an amplifier, configure a circuit, apply a signal, and evaluate the performance. It is useful for checking an amplifier's specifications including bandwidth, slew rate, I/O range, gain error, load current, stability issues, and dc errors in a given circuit. The tool also employs an embedded version of Multisim™ SPICE to provide more detailed response characteristics of a given op amp, such as square wave settling response and capacitive loading analysis. No registration is necessary to check out this tool!

NI Multisim Analog Devices Edition
This free software download is ideal for the next stage as it enables users to simulate their own circuit design. Powered by industry-standard SPICE technology, NI Multisim Analog Devices Edition, codeveloped by National Instruments and Analog Devices, provides an intuitive environment for capturing and simulating analog circuits. It includes over 400 ADI amplifier product models from which to choose and evaluate, as well as dozens of prebuilt circuits demonstrating common building blocks.
