Spain - Students / Graduates

Analog Devices has formed important relationships with some Spanish Universities. These relationships include collaborative research activities. Another facet of University interaction is our involvement in Industrial Placement activities with some Spanish Universities.

Every year, Analog Devices in Europe seeks to recruit approximately 50 engineering and science graduates and an additional 30+ technicians. To these young engineering professionals we offer exciting opportunities to develop and grow their careers in an environment where continuous learning is 'the norm'.

Many of our graduates and technicians have progressed to senior levels either in management or as senior individual technical contributors. Many of our engineers have also been promoted to opportunities at other Analog sites around the world. We offer our engineers and technicians plenty of learning opportunities for personal growth; good salaries, bonus and stock participation; an open and friendly social atmosphere at work and plenty of sports and social activities.

The ADI Design Centre in Spain does not hire new graduates but manages the hiring of new Spanish graduates to our parent centre in Limerick where they can develop a fruitful engineering career. The recruitment process typically starts in autumn with presentations in some Spanish Universities. These are for students studying degrees relevant to ADI. Final year students are invited to submit their CVs by mid January (see below). A first round of technical interviews takes place in our Design Centre in Valencia by February/March. Those who are selected are invited to a second round of interviews in Limerick (Ireland) around April. Please note that the preferred way to join ADI is to get involved in the recruitment process in your final year in the University. All interviews and email exchange will be in English.
