The mission for the DSP software team at Analog Devices India is:
"To become a Centre of Excellence in Real Time Embedded Software Development, Supporting State-of-the-Art DSP Applications."

In a short span of about 2 years, we have initiated projects in enviable technology realms spanning areas like Voice over Network, Real Time Operating Systems, and application components development for ADI's flagship DSPs.

A leading thrust going forward is in the area of IAD technology. IADs are Integrated Access Devices that multiplex voice and data over a single broadband pipe such as DSL. This is a large scale project that consists of integrating both voice and data in a single architecture.

We are equipped with state-of-the-art hardware and software facilities that include high performance Unix/Linux workstations and PCs, and sophisticated DSP software development and testing tools. We have a high speed data link that connects the Bangalore facility to all other major facilities of Analog Devices, and we have an on-site laboratory for developing and testing DSP software in a real-time DSP environment.
