The DSP IC Design group of Analog Devices India is a world-class product development center of key strategic value to ADI's DSP product portfolio. The primary focus of the DSP Design Group is the development of next generation SHARC products. The DSP design group has the complete responsibility of product development, starting right from defining specifications to tape-out of layout database to fabrication plant.
The Design Group is equipped with a state-of-the-art computing environment and world class EDA tools. We design products at the deep, sub-micron cutting edge technology nodes.
ADSP-21065L (more popularly known as the $10 SHARC) is one of DSP products which was completely developed in India and is now catering to the needs of customers worldwide. We recently completed the design of the ADSP-21161, which is a 600 MFLOP SIMD SHARC DSP, designed in state-of-the-art 0.18u process technology.
