Do you have any interviewing tips?

Ask a lot of questions - especially if you don't understand a question. Don't be afraid to ask the interviewer to repeat or rephrase a question for clarification. The interviewer may ask you to walk through the steps you took to solve a specific problem. It's not always the end result we're looking for but the process you took to get there. We are more interested in comprehension and understanding.
Don't be too worried if a particular interview question or questions doesn't seem to go well. Hiring decisions are made by several interviewers. Besides, there might not be a correlation between how it actually went and how you perceived it went. So don't let it ruin your day.
Don't be afraid to ask a lot of questions about the kind of work you'll be doing with the groups you're interviewing.

What questions will the interviewer ask?

If you're invited to an interview, we'll first want to know what kind of position you're interested in. Regardless of whether you're interviewing for a full-time or temporary position, the interviewer will probably ask about your current experience and skills.
Your interview might include a technical discussion of the projects you've worked on, an abstract design question, or general problem-solving puzzles or brainteasers. The types of questions you'll be asked vary depending on the position you're looking for, but all are meant to investigate your capabilities and potential to grow. It's important for us to find out what you can do, not just what you've done. We need original, creative thinkers and our interview process is designed to find those people.
