Corporate Groups
Information Services
Corporate Information Services (CIS), in conjunction with various site-based Information Services Departments, is
responsible for developing and operating the worldwide administrative information systems that support Analog
Devices' business operations. In addition, CIS is responsible for planning, provisioning, and servicing Analog's
worldwide data and voice telecommunications network. The ADI administrative network comprises some 6000 Wintel-based
desktops, connected by a Microsoft NT network, comprised of some 100+ NT servers distributed around Analog's 70+
locations. The corporate data center in Norwood houses over 200+ UNIX and NT servers, which provide a variety of
information processing systems and services throughout the corporation.

Human Resources
The Human Resources (HR) organization is composed of the disciplines of Staffing, Learning & Development,
Employee Relations, Benefits, Compensation and Business Partners in our three businesses and three worldwide
departments. HR, in conjunction with the Senior Management Team and line management, is responsible for creating
the philosophies, policies, and practices that will enable Analog Devices to establish a sustainable competitive
advantage through the optimum utilization of its people. At Analog Devices, we strive to create an environment in
which the personal goals of our employees and the company's goals are closely aligned. We achieve this by allowing
our employees the freedom to explore new ideas and the autonomy to determine how to best achieve business goals
and objectives. To that end, we provide the information, tools and systems that enable our employees and managers
to work together effectively across different time zones and cultures to accomplish their business plans.

Marketing
Analog Devices' Corporate Marketing organization works in partnership with division marketing to lead the development
and communication of ADI's major product and business messages to engineering audiences worldwide. Whether through
advertising, trade press relations, industry events, or the World Wide Web, the purpose of the Corporate Marketing
organization is to continually build upon the positive brand equity that exists for ADI through innovative marketing
programs and services that optimize demand for our products. Team members are involved in the planning, development,
and implementation of both company-wide and product-specific marketing programs, and are responsible for managing and
integrating those efforts across the company.
In ADI's marketing efforts, we employ a wide range of programs and methodologies to target emerging markets, as
well as to expand our reach and penetration into existing markets. Increasingly, the World Wide Web and database
marketing are used to provide customers with the information they need throughout the design cycle, as well as to
support our sales organization's efforts to keep customers up-to-date on an ongoing basis. As such, Corporate
Marketing works closely with Corporate Information Services to recommend, plan, and develop IT-based sales and
marketing solutions that enhance our position as the premier brand in high performance signal processing technology.

Corporate Finance
The worldwide Finance Team is responsible for the financial management of the company. In conjunction with site-based
Manufacturing and Product Line finance teams, the Corporate Finance department acts as business partner for the ADI
Product Lines as well as the Manufacturing, Sales, and all other functional groups within the company. Transaction
Processing teams located at regional Finance Centers have responsibility for all transaction processing and
accounting activity including Financial Planning and Management Reporting. As well as the ongoing development,
maintenance and monitoring of internal control, the group manages all the external reporting, statutory reporting,
taxation, and treasury functions for ADI worldwide. The ongoing development of systems to support transaction
processing and multi-layer management reporting in response to a rapidly changing business environment is also the
responsibility of the Finance team.

The Corporate Offices of Analog Devices are located at corporate headquarters in Norwood, Massachusetts, just west of
Boston, and house the office of the Chairman of the Board and Co-founder, Ray Stata, as well as the office of the
President and CEO, Jerry Fishman.
