Resumes can be submitted once applicants identify a job they are interested in competing for. They will then be asked to determine if they meet the Basic Qualifications for that specific job. If they do, they will be asked to complete a Profile Form and then they will be encouraged to submit their resume or CV so that we can determine if they are qualified to compete based on the Basic and Additional Qualifications of the job. Resume reviews will determine which applicants will be phone interviewed. Phone interviews will determine which applicants will interview, face-to-face. Occasionally, applicants will be interviewed, face-to-face, directly after resume reviews.
